When do experts get paid?
Experts are paid out after a session is completed. Payout timelines depend on your region and payment method. We're building a full escrow and payout system to make this seamless.
Can I become both a client and an expert?
Yes. Every account can switch between buyer and expert mode. You can book other experts and offer your own services from the same account.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Additional payment methods will be added over time.
