How to list a property
Create a property listing as a verified realtor and start receiving tenant inquiries.
Before you list
You must complete realtor verification before publishing a listing.
- 1Go to Dashboard → Verification and submit your business registration number (사업자등록번호).
- 2Wait for admin approval — usually within 1 business day.
- 3Once approved, go to Dashboard → Properties.
- 4Click 'Add property' and fill in address, type, deposit, rent, and photos.
- 5Set availability and publish.
✦Add at least 5 photos — listings with more images receive significantly more inquiries.
✦Set an accurate move-in date to avoid unqualified leads.
