How to list a property

Create a property listing as a verified realtor and start receiving tenant inquiries.

Before you list

You must complete realtor verification before publishing a listing.

1Go to Dashboard → Verification and submit your business registration number (사업자등록번호).
2Wait for admin approval — usually within 1 business day.
3Once approved, go to Dashboard → Properties.
4Click 'Add property' and fill in address, type, deposit, rent, and photos.
5Set availability and publish.

✦Add at least 5 photos — listings with more images receive significantly more inquiries.

✦Set an accurate move-in date to avoid unqualified leads.
