Getting verified

Submit credentials so your profile shows the Verified badge and unlocks your category.

How verification works

Verification is per category — submit documents once per category you want to be listed under.

1Go to Dashboard → Verification.
2Choose the category you want approved and upload supporting documents (license, certification, or business registration).
3Submit and wait for review — your status shows as pending until approved or denied.

✦If a request is denied, the reason is shown on the same tab — you can resubmit with corrected documents.

✦You can hold approved categories and have another pending at the same time.
