Notification types

Airlinkee supports email alerts for high-intent and operational events.

1. 1Open Dashboard → Settings.
2. 2Enable new AI chat alerts to track fresh conversations.
3. 3Enable booking-interest alerts for high-intent leads.
4. 4Enable contact message alerts and unread nudges.
5. 5Save changes and send yourself a test event if needed.

Recommended defaults

Most users should keep high-intent alerts on and trim non-critical notifications.
